I realized last night as I was going through all the bills, letters, and junkmail that had accumulated over the week I was gone, that I had missed jury duty.Uh oh.
Thoughts of being in a lonesome jail cell without my trusty cell phone or computer brought tears to my eyes.
I called the courthouse this afternoon. To my delight, the gentleman told me, "You missed nothing. We didn't call your group so you are excused for the next 12 months."
