Don't judge a book by its cover

While picking up a bunch of books to read while out shopping last week, I bought a book called, "Hoot". The back cover had about five reviews talking about how funny the book was. I was like...cool, funny book. Just what I need, should be a "hoot." So last night before bed, I pulled out the book and started reading. Then I realized...it is not "hoot" as in funny book, it is "hoot" as in...owls. It's the book that the new kid movie out in theaters is about!

So now the OCD in me has to finish the book and can't leave it partially read. Wonderful.

The moral of the story is: Don't judge a book by its cover... or its back cover (in this case). Instead, make sure you do your book shopping AWAY from the Children's Section!!!

*psst!* K-Rich... didn't all the "Dr. Seuss" books in the area tip you off?!?! ;) *hehe*

haha. I got it at Costco. So all the books are jumbled together in one big pile. I just picked out of there. Obviously in this case...not the best choice. =)
